The market was cool around the time I considered the purchase, and after some research, I thought it might be a good time to start looking in the fourth quarter of 2023. Unfortunately, I waited too long on three units in the same building, and they went into contract before we were able to do walk-throughs. Christian was able to research a unit he knew of that was listed, but pulled off the market. He contacted the seller's agent to see if the seller would consider an offer, and he was able to negotiate a fair price.
